TempID™ is far more than a recruitment database. It provides you with a ‘one input’ business software solution that seamlessly links with Sage 50 Accounts & Payroll. It can work in a one branch or multi branch environment giving you total flexibility.
Client’s and Worker’s information is recorded at the beginning and invoices and payslips are produced at the end. This gives you total control and cuts out data duplication.
When each new client or worker starts, the consultant simply enters the booking information into the system. TempID™ generates the invoices and pay information and sends it into Sage.
Features within TempID™ include day-to-day control of bookings, holiday accrual, tachograph management and a weekly plan overview. For a one-page snapshot of each day’s bookings, consultants can simply bring up the consolidated booking screen in seconds, saving them time and trouble by giving them more control. |
